I wrote The How because I saw a profound need in the healing and consciousness space: too many people were being taught that transformation required constant self-fixing, discipline, or external authority. Yet in my own work, and through our combined work at The Expansion Project, we discovered something different—that healing arises naturally when we reconnect to our innate aligned state of being.
This book was born out of that realization. It distills more than two decades of combined study, practice and teaching into a clear, accessible guide that empowers readers to trust their own intuitive knowing, shift out of trauma-based patterns, and live from their highest state of consciousness. I believe The How can help bridge the gap between scientific understanding and spiritual embodiment—offering tools that are urgently needed in today's world.
