The Motherhood Path mentorship program comes from a new understanding of who we are — and what’s really happening when we lose patience, shut down, or feel like we’ve failed. In the old way of thinking, we were taught to manage behaviour, fix reactions, and keep resourcing ourselves from an empty tank. But our work begins from a different truth: you are not broken, and neither is your child. You are simply moving between two natural states — self-protection (contraction) and alignment (expansion)— and learning how to find your way back.
This changes everything. Instead of trying to be enough, we begin to remember that we already are. Alignment gives us access to an inner stability that doesn’t get lost when life gets hard — and from that place, our children feel safe to do the same.
