With a degree in Computer Science and more than 20 years of experience in engineering, data systems, and consulting, Faizan has led large-scale projects in technology and security while developing a reputation for collaboration, staff retention, and sustainable growth. His background includes senior engineering roles in applications and security, as well as consulting on multi-component infrastructure projects for major organizations.
At The Expansion Project, Faizan’s role goes beyond operations management. He facilitates workshops and trainings, supporting individuals and organizations in moving beyond competition and stuckness into cohesiveness, flow, and visionary leadership. Drawing on his training in Integral Coaching and Kriya Yoga, he integrates both practical structure and inner awareness into every layer of the organization.
